Terms of TOP-BABY, S.L.

1- General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by TOP BABY, S.L. with C.I.F number B-81943318, hereinafter WWW.TOPBABY.ES bound individuals.

3- Product:

4- Returns and Cancellation Policies

4-1 Return of goods:

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any defective or defective item purchased in WWW.TOPBABY.ES factory within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Within a maximum period of 15 days of receipt of the return, WWW.TOPBABY.ES agrees to refund.

Before making the return, you must inform the customer service department.

4-2 Cancellation of order:

5- Conditions order:

The initial minimum order is 150 € + VAT or other taxes.
